We are thankful of the wonderful service Ms. Maria provided at the ID card processing department. She was fast, courteous, and funny. She took great care of me and my family and made our wait very pleasurable. Also, there was another lady whom I do not know that came out and made sure we didn’t miss our appointment because the machine had went down. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

In 27 years of visiting Pass/ID, 21 as AD and 6 as a contractor, this was by far my greatest experience. The wait was less than 10mins, the entire process took about 20mins, and my CAC worked when i returned to my computer. Maria was pleasant and friendly.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful.
